IBExU UK Ltd. – A company of the IBExU Group
The IBExU UK Ltd., IBExU UK for short, is a technical engineering service provider, especially for the certification in the field of explosion protection. It is a company of the IBExU Group, which consists of the parent company IBExU Institut für Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, based in Freiberg, Germany and the subsidiary company IBExU UK Ltd.
The IBExU UK can fall back on the knowledge of the IBExU Institut für Sicherheitstechnik GmbH. The IBExU Institut für Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is an engineering service provider in the field of explosion protection with a tradition that dates back to 1928.
Today, IBExU UK is
- a UKAS accredited approved body for certifications of products, components and systems inteded for use in and in conjunction with potentially explosive atmospheres
- An approved body for the GB market (England, Wales, Scotland) in the scope of Statutory Instrument 2016 No. 1107 as amended
